SAP Software Solutions introduced development in the machine learning abilities of SAP® Leonardo established on its improved SAP Conversational AI service, which will allow main firms to easily create more sophisticated corporate conversational bots. SAP also introduced an intelligent robotic process automation (RPA) investment, which is planned to assist SAP systematize repetitive processes throughout its portfolio.
In the SAP TechEd conference, SAP also announced plans to launch SAP Analytics Cloud’s smart application design abilities and has introduced latest partner content in the business content library.

SAP Leonardo Machine Learning (ML) presents smart solutions that allow developers to design, consume and scale ML according to their requirements. With its enterprise-grade initiative, SAP Conversational AI converts into a high-performing and fast bot developing facility. Firms are able to release powerful customer support bots to speedily increase their production. Enterprise-grade offer, accessible by the end of October, is maintained by the release of five attributes.
Moreover, SAP keeps on investing in machine learning abilities for data experts to allow them build their own ML models and train these customized models in the latest available ML services. By November 2018, SAP has planned to release machine learning offering on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as a part of its collaboration with Google. This will allow the users to use SAP Cloud Framework and GCP collectively to develop apps for a smart business. Google and SAP are still partnered to supply more services for SAP Cloud Platform.
To enhance enterprise productivity and decrease expensive, manual and repetitive work, SAP will grow it ML services with “intelligent robotic process automation” – the mixture of machine learning, conversational Artificial Intelligence and AI robotics process automation in a complete one automation package.
First product, a robot infrastructure for SAP S/4HANA®, is planned to be available by early 2019.
